Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
Be responsible for facility construction related matters;
Manage and maintain all equipment including forklift, crane, test rooms etc.;
Lead the production department to assembly and test all the products;
Audit and lead the production department to adjust, repair, rework or replace parts and assemblies to eliminate malfunctions and to ensure proper operation;
Read and interpret assembly drawings or operation manuals;
Maintain and lubricate parts or components;
Communicate with each related Dept. on job related matters;
Implement Dept. training plan and training assessment;
Implement Dept. monthly and annual performance assessment;
Summary job hours and do analysis and improvement accordingly;
Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested by direct supervisor.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General education degree (GED): or a minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Knowing of quality system, basic computer skills.
Leadership, English skills both in oral and written.
